Production Steps

  • Design Boards (*optional)

This is necessary for us to understand what you would like to achieve, we can either conceptualize a new clothing design or we can move forward to technical drawings if you have a clear idea of what you need.

  • Technical Drawings

It is an essential part of the apparel development process, it includes all the vital information and technical instructions the factory need to manufacture the garment.

  • Fabrics & Trims Sourcing (*optional)

We will follow up with the vendor, the fabric T&A and will also help to source suitable fabrics and trims for you locally or internationally.

  • Digital Patterns

Patterns will take into account sizing chart and fabric weight to ensure the garment looks the as per the designer vision.

  • Sample Pieces

    • The final step to make sure your design works before production, samples are important as they let you take your design out for a test-run, allowing you to iterate and make adjustments to your designs.

  • Production Order

    • Once the samples are approved, PO has been placed and payment is made, we can proceed to purchase the fabrics, trims and start grading the designs.

  • Cutting, Sewing and Packaging

Our vertical partners will have the fabrics cut and sewn to construct your garment, packed individually into clear plastic and boxed as per your specifications.

  • Quality Control

Our inspectors will be in the factories along all the process to make sure quality has been assured, and an AQL inspection will be made for every color of the order.

  • Shipping & Custom Clearance

    • the completed garments are shipped via sea or air freight with all the required paper work for a smooth customs clearance.
